Request for Proposal: 2019 Summer TANF RFP to the Westchester-Putnam One Stop Career Center - Amended and Extended
The County of Westchester, acting on behalf of the Westchester-Putnam Local Workforce Development Board, is soliciting proposals from public and private not-for-profit organizations to operate the 2019 Temporary Assistance to Needy Families Summer Youth Employment Programs. The TANF Summer Youth Employment program targets youth 14 to 20 years old and provides summer employment jobs to eligible youth.

Request for Proposal: Workforce Information and Opportunity Act (WIOA) of 2014 Youth Employment Services
The County of Westchester, acting by and through the Westchester County Department of Social Services, Office of Workforce Investment, on behalf of the Westchester-Putnam Workforce Development Board, is requesting proposals from qualified agencies to provide employment and training services for youth under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014, PL 113-128, and its implementing regulations. The purpose of this RFP is to identify qualified organizations to provide innovative youth workforce development programs to WIOA eligible youth and young adults between the ages of 16 and 24 in one of the specified categories..

Request for Proposal: Westchester LEAP: Workforce re-entry and job training services
The Westchester-Putnam Local Workforce Development Board is requesting proposals from qualified entities to provide workforce re-entry and job training services for soon-to-be-released incarcerated adults. These services will address the critical transition needs of these individuals by; providing workforce re-entry training and job services to incarnated adults scheduled to be released within 45 days inform the Westchester County Correctional Facility, providing a continuum of job services by transitioning participants post-release to the community Career Centers (either located within Westchester/Putnam counties or located within the participants’ home locations), linking released inmates to comprehensive community wrap-around services, and using an established network of business sector partners to provide work experience and job opportunities..
