The documents in the database are most frequently known as Request for Proposals, but other types exist. The most up-to-date RFP details and requirements will be posted to the database and take precendence over any listings on this site.

Both active and expired or completed RFPs are searchable through the database. Expired/completed postings remain online for reference only. Expired postings date back to 2009. Do not submit proposals for expired postings.

  2. Read the Search tips.
  3. In the Department dropdown menu select either Office of WorkForce Investment or Department of Social Services.
  4. To maximize the return of contracts, do not enter any keywords. However, if you know specific keywords related to the RFP or the title of the RFP, enter it to find it quickly.
  5. In the Active / Expired dropdown menu, select either active or expired depending on which type you require.
  6. Submit the criteria using the Search button.
