The Westchester County One-Stop Employment Center is more than just a job website. The Westchester-Putnam Workforce Investment Board (WPWIB) provides policy directions and program oversight to the One-Stop Employment Centers and workforce development programs in Westchester and Putnam counties. The board is appointed by Westchester County Executive Robert P. Astorino and Putnam County Executive, MaryEllen O'Dell. The WIB members are appointed in accordance with the Federal Workforce Investment Act and represent public and private sector businesses.
